"Seek Out USA-Made Casters!"
The wheels I got are *definitely* not from China! I steer clear of backing communism whenever possible. Be careful with your purchases, as not everything they sell is produced in the USA. The wheels I picked up (for a bit more than the communist ones) are top-notch and function perfectly.

"Reasonable Cost"
Reasonable cost, timely delivery, solid product. I would’ve given it a full 5 stars, but one of the wheels didn’t have the grip ring on the post.
Update… the day after I posted my initial 4-star review, I got an email from Jacob at Faultless Caster. He let me know that a replacement was on its way. Fantastic customer service, so I bumped my review up to 5 stars. I definitely recommend this company.

Quick and precise delivery. Great deal. Just a thought, it’d be nice to get tracking info sent out. I’ll definitely be using Fautless again for my caster wheel requirements. Thanks a bunch!

"Ordered 4 Shepherd Ball Casters..."
I got my hands on 4 of the Shepherd Ball Casters in satin chrome. These were meant for an antique dresser I worked on. They look stunning! The finish is rich and shiny. I was quite impressed. They roll really smoothly too. I only received an order confirmation when I made the purchase, but no shipping update. So, I was happily surprised when they arrived just 4 days later. I’d definitely suggest Faultless Caster, especially for these specific casters.

"Perfect fit right from the start"
Great fit! The 3-D model was super useful for figuring out which casters would work best. I opened it in Blender 2.8 and got the measurements to check against my current gear that I wanted to retrofit without taking them off. Kudos to Faultless Caster for offering 3-D models of their products for this purpose, even if they were probably meant for designers. I really enjoy using these kinds of resources in a more unconventional way.

"Order Fulfillment Confusion"
I had one issue, though. I dialed the 800 number listed on the website to get some info about the product and ended up chatting with someone from a distributor who wasn’t the one handling my order. So, when I called again to check on my order, it turned into a bit of a hassle trying to locate it. The rep from the first distributor was super helpful in tracking down my order's whereabouts, but it was a tad confusing. Ultimately, the product turned out to be exactly what I needed and worked like a charm!

"My order is still missing"
I still haven't received my order. It's been nearly a month since I placed an order for some compression casters, and the factory has pushed back the delivery three times already. I do appreciate the updates from Customer Service regarding the delays, but it doesn't really assist me in actually getting my items. I've had to look elsewhere for what I need and I'm just crossing my fingers that my order arrives eventually.
